Four sessions at your home, around two hours each. Time to talk about what you're going through, what you want from this birth, and what's worrying you.

Four sessions at your home. Sometimes we talk. Sometimes I look after the baby while you sleep, eat something hot, or have a shower without listening out for them.

Eight sessions · €480

Four sessions during pregnancy, four after the birth. We get to know each other before your baby arrives, and I come back in those first weeks to support you as you find your feet as a new family.

Birth attendance can be added to an existing package. Whether a doula can be present in the delivery room depends on the maternity unit and its policies. Some hospitals in France don't allow it, so we'd check the possibilities well in advance.

If I can't be there during the birth, we can talk about other ways I can support you around that time, including helping you prepare for the birth and think through what matters to you.

Six-session cycle · €210

Six sessions in a small group, in my living room in Montpellier, in English and French. We cook for the postpartum weeks, learn infant first aid with a certified trainer, and talk honestly about the year after the birth.

Babywearing can make everyday life with a baby a little easier, while keeping them close. But finding the right carrier or working out how to use one can feel overwhelming.

We’ll look at what suits you and your baby, whether that’s a sling, wrap or structured carrier. I’ll help you learn how to use it and adjust it, so you can feel comfortable and confident carrying your baby.

No experience needed, and no particular carrier required before we meet.

Three sessions · €220

IVF, IUI, donor conception, or the stage when you don't yet know which path you'll take. I won't tell you to relax or that it'll happen when the time is right.
